1. It is the user’s responsibility to adhere to the general principles of washing and drying laundry. Wash light-colored clothes separately from colored ones, and follow the recommended temperatures indicated on the garment labels. SMARŽO self-service laundromats are not responsible for any damage or color transfer to clothing.

2. Unauthorized individuals who are not washing or drying laundry are not allowed to remain in the premises.

3. You can pay for services and select programs either at the control panel on-site in the laundromat or through the Wash-Mate app, which allows you to reserve a machine for 10 minutes and track when the washing/drying/ozonation cycle will finish.

4. At SMARŽO laundromats, we do not recommend washing:

– Muddy or sandy clothing;

– Clothing soaked with chemicals—such as oils, diesel, plaster, or cement, etc.;

– Clothing from which large dirt particles or other foreign objects may separate;

– Rubber items;

– Rugs (You can only wash soft rugs without backing that can be crumpled in a bag. Rugs that can only be rolled up cannot be washed.);

– Clothing with a manufacturer’s label that prohibits machine washing or clothing without a visible manufacturer’s label.

5. In SMARŽO laundromats, you should not dry:

– Shoes, clothing with stickers or embroidery, swimwear, rubber mats, tights and bras with inserts, mattress covers, flammable clothing, and all clothing with a manufacturer’s label that prohibits drying in the dryer or clothing without a visible manufacturer’s label.

6. SMARŽO does not recommend washing torn laundry, laundry with frayed seams, heavily worn laundry, or items with poorly attached or sharp accessories.

7. SMARŽO laundromats cannot guarantee the removal of all stains during the washing process.

8. Professional-grade detergents that are already included in the washing price are used in SMARŽO laundromats. The use of your own washing, softening, or bleaching agents is not allowed.

9. Do not exceed the allowable load volume in one machine. Laundry should be filled up to the maximum fill line marked on the door.

10. Before washing, drying, or ozonating, ensure that the machine is completely empty and in working order.

11. The equipment available in SMARŽO laundromats may only be used within the laundromat premises and is prohibited from being taken outside.

12. After placing laundry in the washing machine, dryer, or ozonator, the doors will lock, and they will unlock after the washing cycle ends. The user is responsible for immediately removing their clothes from the machine after the cycle is complete. SMARŽO laundromats are not responsible for clothing left in the machines or clothing removed by other users to empty the machine.

13. Smoking, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, and bringing in food are not allowed in the premises.

14. SMARŽO self-service laundromats are under video surveillance.
