To start any washing, drying, or ozonation cycle, first go to the control screen or open the Wash-Mate mobile app. Here, you can select your machine and program. Using the mobile app is more affordable, and you can also track the washing process on your phone.
On the control panel or in the mobile app, select which washing machine, dryer, or ozonator you will use. All machines in the laundromat are numbered, and the numbers are clearly visible. Choose a machine with the appropriate capacity. Be sure to load clothes only up to the mark on the machine door. A separate washing machine and dryer are designated for pet textiles.
Depending on the fabric type, color, and level of dirtiness, select an appropriate washing program on the control panel or mobile app. Check the manufacturer’s label. For more information on laundry symbols and programs, see here ->
You can make the payment at the control panel using the card terminal with a payment card, or through the mobile app with a payment card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or online banking.
Once the selected program is paid for, place your clothes in the corresponding numbered washing machine, dryer, or ozonator.
Once the machine is loaded, close the door and press the Start button. The washing cycle will begin immediately. While the cycle is running, the door will be locked, and neither you nor anyone else will be able to open it. A signal will indicate the end of the washing or drying cycle, at which point the door will unlock, and you can retrieve your clothes.
With the Wash-Mate app, it’s always better – pay less, book a machine and get a message when your clothes are washed clean and smelling good.
Clothing labels never lie – if it says 40 °C, don’t wash at 60 °C. If you see a symbol with a bowl and two underlines, choose the delicate cycle.
Empty all pockets before washing – keys, important notes, tissues, receipts or coins will all harm both the cleanliness of the laundry and the appliances.
Clothes are washed in the same machine as similar clothes – whites with whites, lights with lights, and darks with darks. Sort before washing.
Before putting your clothes in the machine, – check if it’s empty. One red sock left in the machine can stain so much white laundry! Oh, no!
Choose a 10 kg or a 20 kg washing machine? – To get your clothes well washed and dry, put them in the machines only up to the MAX mark on the door.
Duvets, pillows and mattress toppers – all can be washed. Just choose the right mode. .
Don’t carry wet clothes home – but use a tumble dryer – your clothes will look newer and in most cases, won’t need ironing. .
Pet textiles – wash and dry in specially designed washing machines and tumble dryers. .
Delicate garments – lace, tights, bras, belts and other delicate garments should be placed in laundry bags before washing.
The Signal – will indicate the end of the cycle, and the doors will unlock. At that moment, you need to be present to collect your clothes. While the clothes are washing or drying, the machine doors will remain locked.
Ozonation – it’s the best solution for tackling lingering odors. Give it a try!.
